     Below are some questions you have asked about the Professional Association of FEMA Inspectors.


WHO ARE YOU?
My name is Chad Beckwith Smith. I started doing FEMA Housing inspections while working for Suncoast Company  1989 . I am  trying to bring all of us together to work for our common good. I am just an average guy. The whole purpose of PAFI is not about me but about you and all of those doing  FEMA housing inspections . PAFI members do not work for FEMA directly but work under a contractor that has a contract with FEMA. I am not a lawyer and have no legal back ground. Every thing in this web site is of my own opinion or infomation I have gleened. If you need to verify anything I suggest you speak with a lawyer. 
 
WHAT YEAR DID YOU BECOME AN INSPECTOR?

WHO DO YOU KNOW PERSONALLY IN THE FIELD OR OFFICES?

 I cannot mention any names as I respect everyone's email and privacy as a first priority. I choose to do this because it was over due and things are changing fast. I am the target here in lieu of everyone else. I know I will more than likely never be called out again. So I have more than likely given up my ability to work in an effort to make things better for all of us contract FEMA Inspectors. I have invested hard earned dollars and thousands of hours in winning the IRS determination and creating PAFI. I hope you see this and respect it and that you can help also by becoming a member and getting involved.

HOW DID YOU GET MY  EMAIL ADDRESS?
I received your e-mail address from other contract FEMA inspectors that are your friends. But again I cannot reveal anyone's name in an effort to protect them from the possible primary FEMA Contractor's retaliation. My website is protected by three SSL Web Server Certificates.
